Ajinomoto Foods North America Recalls Ling Ling Potstickers Sold at Costco Due to Possible Foreign Matter Contamination
ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA — Ajinomoto Foods North America is recalling 1,260 cases of Ling Ling Potstickers sold at Costco in AK, WA, OR, ID, Bay Area for CA, GA, NC, SC, TN, AL, MS, FL (Tallahassee), IL, IN, MO, WI, IA that may be contaminated with plastic, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. There have been no known injuries.
The Ling Ling Potstickers being recalled were produced and packaged on July 22, 2021. The following product is subject to recall:

The product that is part of this recall was shipped to five distribution centers and was delivered to Costco stores in 17 states. (AK, WA, OR, ID, Bay Area for CA, GA, NC, SC, TN, AL, MS, FL (Tallahassee), IL, IN, MO, WI, IA) Ajinomoto Foods North America immediately contacted Costco to remove the impacted product.
FSIS has received no reports of illness or injury as a result of consumption of this product. Some product from this lot may be frozen in some consumers’ freezers, so consumers who have purchased this product are advised to discard the product. They may either be thrown away or returned to Costco stores.
